Most people end up calling one party for the JCB, another for labour and a third for the malba. With us it is one call, one rate and one team on site from the first hammer to the clean plot.

Ghar / makaan todna
Old single and double-storey houses, kothis and builder floors. Taken down floor by floor from the top, so the house next door is not disturbed.
Building demolition

Multi-storey RCC buildings and old brick buildings. A Poclain with breaker where there is room to work, smaller machines or hand work where there isn't.
Roof and slab breaking

Only the roof has to go? We break the lenter with electric breakers and hammers, cut the sariya, and leave the walls below as you want them. Garder-patti roofs too.

Malba is loaded into tractor-trolleys and taken off the plot. No heap left in the gali, and no heap left in one corner of the plot.

A big machine in a small lane is a risk to the neighbours, not a time saver. We pick the equipment after seeing the site.

In West Delhi most houses share a wall with the next house. Demolition done in a hurry is what cracks that wall and starts a fight in the gali. This is how we work:
- The shared wall and anything that has to stay is marked before work starts.
- Work always goes from the top down. Nobody works under a slab that is being broken.
- Exposed neighbour walls are covered with tarpaulin.
- Weak and fire-damaged slabs are propped before breaking.
- Malba comes down inside your plot, not on the road or the neighbour's roof.
- Overhead wires, water tanks and the neighbour's gate are checked at the site visit.

We don't give a fixed per-gaj rate on the phone, because two houses of the same size can be completely different jobs. These are the things that decide the price:
Including the mumty and barsati, if they are coming down too.
In gaj or square feet. A rough figure is enough to start the conversation.
RCC lenter, garder-patti roof or old brick walls. Each takes different time and tools.
Can a Poclain or JCB reach the plot, or does it have to be done by hand?
How much debris has to go, and how the sariya, iron, wood and bricks are adjusted.

Makaan todne ka rate kya hai? What does house demolition cost in Delhi?
There is no fixed rate per gaj, because two houses of the same size can be very different jobs. The rate depends on the number of floors, plot size, type of roof, how wide the gali is, how much malba has to go and what happens to the scrap. WhatsApp the details and a few photos to 99906 67986. You get a clear quotation once we have seen the site.
Malba kaun uthayega? Who removes the debris?
We do. Malba is loaded into tractor-trolleys and taken off your plot. Debris removal is part of the job, not a separate party you have to arrange.
Sariya, eent aur scrap ka kya hota hai? What happens to the steel, bricks and scrap?
Good bricks, sariya, iron gates, grills and wooden chaukhats are kept aside during the work. How the scrap is handled is settled in the quotation before work starts, so there is no argument about it later.
Kitne din lagenge? How many days will it take?
It depends on the size of the building and the access. The number of days is part of the quotation. Our Google reviews mention a two-floor, 400 gaj building and a three-floor building in Vikaspuri, both finished on time.
Gali choti hai, JCB andar nahi jayegi. Phir kaise hoga? My lane is too narrow for a JCB.
Then we do not force a machine in. The building is taken down from the top by hand, with electric breakers and hammers, and the malba is carried out to where the trolley can stand. Send a photo of the gali entrance and we will tell you how it will be done.
Sirf ek floor ya lenter todna hai, ho jayega? Can you remove only one floor or roof?
Yes. We do partial demolition for renovation: one floor, a lenter, a wall, a room or a staircase. The part that has to stay is marked before the work starts.
Padosi ki deewar ka kya? Will the neighbour's wall be safe?
The shared wall is marked before we start. Work goes from the top floor down, exposed neighbour walls are covered with tarpaulin, and the malba is brought down inside your plot, not onto the neighbour's roof or the road.
